Inside Out Sushi Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups short grain sushi rice, cooked according to package instructions
1.3 cup sushi seasoning
3 sheets nori, halved lengthways
1 None large carrot, peeled, julienned
1 None Turkish cucumber, seeded, julienned
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
None None Soy sauce, to serve
None None Wasabi, to serve
Preparation

Spread hot rice onto a tray. Drizzle sushi seasoning over, breaking up lumps. Fan and cut through rice with a spatula until almost cool.
Place a halved nori sheet on bamboo mat. Spread 1/6 rice over. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap. Carefully turn over onto bamboo mat so nori is on top.
Arrange vegetables lengthways along nori, on edge closest to you. Use index fingers and thumbs to roll, pulling back mat and plastic as you go. Gently press clown to shape and seal roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and twist ends to seal. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Unwrap sushi and roll in sesame seeds. Cut each roll into 8 pieces, wiping knife with a damp cloth between each cut. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
