Low-Calorie Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, trimmed and chopped
6 None carrots, peeled and sliced
5 stalks celery, trimmed and chopped
6 None onions, peeled and finely diced
6 None shallots, peeled and finely diced
2 None red peppers, deseeded and chopped
3 None tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp vegetable bouillon powder
2 cups brown rice
Preparation

Put vegetables in a large saucepan and add 1 1/3 gallons of water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 mins. Remove lid and simmer for 20 mins more. Add vegetable bouillon powder and season to taste.
Meanwhile, cook rice in salted boiling water according to directions on packet. Drain and add to the soup.
