Warm Baby Octopus With Lemon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None baby fennel bulbs
3 None red radishes
1 small cucumber
1 1/3 lbs cleaned baby octopus, quartered
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 None fresh long red chili peppers, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
Preparation

Using mandoline or V-slicer, thinly slice fennel, radishes and cucumber.
Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high.
Combine octopus and garlic in medium bowl; season. Cook octopus about 1 min or until tender.
Combine octopus, fennel, radish, cucumber, chili pepper, parsley and combined lemon and oil in large bowl; season to taste.
