Apple Camembert Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tbsp butter, softened
1 None apple, seeded and diced
2 tbsp lemon juice
8 oz Camembert, cubed
3-4 sprigs thyme, stalks discarded
None None bread, to serve
Preparation

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a small pan, add the diced apple and lemon juice and cook for about 3 minutes.
Mix together the Camembert, remaining butter and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the apple mixture. Serve with bread.
