Herbed Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz slightly stale white bread, cut into cubes
    5 tbsp reduced-fat milk
    4 tbsp fresh chervil, chopped
    4 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped, plus extra for garnish
    2 None onions, peeled and diced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
    1 3/4 lbs ground beef
    2 None eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 6 cup loaf pan. In a bowl, drizzle the bread with milk and allow to soak.
    Transfer bread to a food processor, add the herbs, onions, garlic and blend. Transfer to a bowl, add the ground beef, eggs and knead well. Season with salt and black pepper. Spoon into the pan and press down firmly. Bake for 40-50 mins, until browned on top and cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
