Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 tbsp cold butter, chopped
    1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and process to combine. With the motor running, gradually add 1/2 cup boiling water and mix until combined. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for 2-3 mins, until smooth and elastic. Rub surface of dough with oil, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 mins.
    Shape dough into 24 balls. Working in batches, roll balls out into 7 inch discs. Cook over medium heat in a frying pan for 1 min then flip over and cook for 45-60 seconds. Repeat with remaining dough.
    Stack tortillas on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to use.
