Mexican Meatballs Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 oz taco seasoning mix
    1/2 cup Italian tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz) can mixed beans, rinsed
    1/3 cup sour cream
    2 None spring onions, finely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    4 None hot dog buns
    3 None lettuce leaves, shredded
    4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix ground beef and taco seasoning together. Shape into 16 meatballs, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 10 mins.
    Lightly coat a large frying pan with oil then place over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 3-4 mins, or until browned. Add tomato sauce and beans. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins, or until meatballs are cooked through.
    Meanwhile, combine sour cream, onions and cilantro in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Fill hot dog buns with lettuce, meatballs and cheese. Top with sour cream mixture. Serve immediately.
