Meatball Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None onion, finely sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp ground coriander
    1 lb ground lamb or veal
    4 None small pitas, warmed
    None None hummus, mixed salad greens and couscous salad, to serve
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins. Add spices and cook for 1-2 mins. Transfer to a large bowl.
    Add ground meat to onion mixture and mix to combine. Shape into 12 meatballs.
    Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 8-10 mins, turning, until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
    Serve pitas stuffed with hummus, mixed greens, couscous salad and meatballs.
