Turkey Stew With Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tblsp oil
    1 3/4 lbs turkey breast, chopped
    1 medium onions, diced
    2 medium leeks, sliced
    28 oz jar of sauerkraut
    2 cups vegetable stock
    2 tsp chili paste (Sambal Oelek)
    14 oz can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    3-4 sprigs parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Heat the oil over high heat in a pan and saute the turkey for 2-3 mins. Season with salt and pepper, add the onion and leek and saute briefly. Add the sauerkraut, lower the heat and pour in the stock and chili paste, then cover and simmer for 15 mins. Add the beans and simmer for 5 more mins. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
