Baked Chocolate Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None large eggs
    1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 cups milk
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Whisk eggs, cocoa powder and sugar together in a large bowl.
    Heat milk in a small saucepan. Gradually whisk into egg mixture. Transfer mixture to 4 - 6 oz ramekins. Place in a baking dish and add enough water to come halfway up sides of dishes. Bake for 45 mins, or until just set. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
