Smoked Salmon, Tomato And Feta Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 inch) pizza bases
    1/2 cup spicy tomato pasta sauce
    2 None medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 None small squid, cleaned, cut into thin rings
    3.5 oz smoked salmon, cut into thick strips
    1.5 oz reduced-fat pizza cheese, grated
    1/2 None medium red onion, halved, thinly sliced
    3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    1 None fresh long red chili, deseeded, thinly sliced
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 pizza trays. Place bases on prepared trays. Spread pasta sauce evenly over each base. Bake for 10 mins, or until light golden brown.
    Top with tomatoes, squid, salmon, pizza cheese, onion and feta. Bake for 8-10 mins, or until squid is cooked through and bases are crispy. Sprinkle with parsley and chili. Cut into wedges and serve with lemon wedges.
