Christmas Kisses Shortbread Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 cups flour
1 None egg
16 None dark chocolate kisses
Preparation

Combine 2/3 cup powdered sugar, butter, flour and egg in a mixing bowl. With a pastry knife or fork, combine into a smooth dough (you may need to use your fingers to finish bringing it together). Form dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Remove dough from plastic wrap and shape into 16 balls. Press balls flat then place a chocolate kiss in the center of each disc. Fold extra dough over chocolate and shape back into a ball. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 mins. Let cool for 5 mins then dust with remaining powdered sugar. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
