Char Grilled Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb beef rump steak
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    1/4 cup lime juice
    3 None Persian cucumbers, seeded, thinly sliced
    4 None fresh small red Thai chilies, thinly sliced
    8 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/3 cup fresh Vietnamese mint leaves
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1 tbsp grated palm sugar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine beef with 2 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp lime juice. Cover and chill for 3 hours, or overnight.
    Drain beef. Cook on a heated, oiled grill plate (or grill) until browned and cooked to your liking. Cover beef and let rest for 5 mins. Slice thinly.
    Meanwhile, combine cucumber, chilies, onions, tomatoes and herbs in a large bowl. Combine remaining fish sauce and lime juice with sugar, soy sauce and garlic and whisk to combine. Pour over salad. Add beef and toss to combine.
