Chicken And Broccoli Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz rigatoni or macaroni
    1 head broccoli, cut into florets
    2 None chicken breast fillets, diced
    1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    1 1/3 cups skim milk
    3 oz low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, adding broccoli for last 4 mins of cooking time. Drain.
    Meanwhile, spray a nonstick frying pan with cooking oil and place over high heat. Cook chicken for 5 mins, or until browned all over and cooked through.
    Whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup milk. Bring remaining milk to a boil then whisk in cornstarch slurry. Cook for 2-3 mins, stirring, until sauce thickens. Stir in 1 oz cheese and season to taste. Combine pasta, broccoli, chicken and sauce in an 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Broil for 1-2 mins, until golden.
