Greek Salad With Feta Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None lemon, juiced
4 tbsp olive oil
2 None red peppers, deseeded and diced
1 1/4 lb tomatoes, deseeded and diced
1 None cucumber, deseeded and diced
2 oz black olives, pitted
3.5 oz baby spinach
1 None red onion, peeled and cut into eighths
1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped
7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Mix lemon juice and olive oil and season to taste. Toss with peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, spinach, red onion and chives then distribute between 4 small salad bowls. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and serve.
