Fruity Chicken Meatloaf - cooking recipe

150 g plain flour, plus extra to sprinkle
1 heaped tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Ras el Hanout
3 None medium eggs, beaten
80 ml olive oil
50 ml milk
50 ml white wine
80 g emmental, grated
100 g garden peas, thawed
200 g chicken, diced
50 g dried figs, diced
None None Butter, to grease
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and flour an 8 inch loaf pan. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and Ras el Hanout together. Mix in the eggs, oil, milk and white wine until smooth. Mix in the Emmental, peas, chicken and figs and season. Bake for 40-45 mins then remove from the pan and serve.
