Steak With Onions And Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1.2 kg potatoes
6 None onions, peeled and sliced
4 None beef steaks (about 250g each)
7 tbsp clarified butter
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped finely
1 pinch grated nutmeg
Preparation

Cook the potatoes in of boiling water for 20 mins. Drain the potatoes, rinse in cold water and slide off the skin. Allow to cool, then slice.
Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F. Heat 2 tbsp of clarified butter in a large skillet. Fry the steaks for 5 mins, turning once. Season to taste. In a second pan heat 1 tbsp of clarified butter and fry the onions for 3 mins. Put the steaks and onions in an ovenproof dish and roast for 10 mins.
Heat 4 tbsp of clarified butter in a large skillet and fry the potatoes for 10 mins until golden. Sprinkle with parsley and nutmeg. Serve the steak and onions with the potatoes.
