Chocolate And Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz milk chocolate, finely chopped
    5 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 None eggs, at room temperature
    1/2 cup self-raising flour, sifted
    2 tsp finely grated orange zest
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
    Melt 2 oz of chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring often, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
    Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour.
    Stir one-third of batter into chocolate. Stir orange zest into remaining batter. Drop alternate spoonfuls of orange and chocolate mixtures in pan. Gently swirl with a knife for marbled effect. Bake for 30 mins, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Turn onto a wire rack to cool.
    Place remaining chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth. Spread chocolate over cake. Allow to set before slicing.
