Cinnamon Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
    Reserve 1 tbsp sugar. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle on pastry sheets. Roll up one side of pastry to center. Roll up other side to center to make a butterfly shape. Repeat with remaining pastry sheet.
    Working quickly, brush pastry with egg and roll in reserved sugar. Cut rolls into 1/4-inch slices. Place on prepared pans.
    Bake for 8-10 mins, until puffed and golden. Serve warm.
