Zucchini And Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs, plus 1 tbsp
2 tsp olive oil
2 slices bacon, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 None zucchini, grated
6 None eggs, lightly beaten
2.5 oz grated cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup self-rising flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie dish. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Saute bacon for 4-5 mins, until crispy. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool slightly. Add zucchini, eggs, cheese, heavy cream and flour. Season. Transfer to prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs. Bake for 25-30 mins, until just set. Let stand for 10 mins before serving.
