Oat And Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups whole wheat self-rising flour
    2/3 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3 oz dried cranberries
    2/3 cup milk
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 None large egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
    Combine flour, oats and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in cranberries. Combine milk, lemon juice, oil and egg then stir into flour mixture until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 20 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve.
