Pork And Veal Sang Choy Bow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 None medium Spanish onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/4 lb ground pork and veal
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
9 oz bean sprouts, trimmed
7 oz fried noodles
3 None green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp white sesame seeds, toasted
8 None large lettuce leaves
Preparation

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion is soft. Add ground meat and cook, stirring, until well browned. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins.
Just before serving, stir in bean sprouts, fried noodles, green onions and sesame seeds. Distribute between lettuce leaves and serve.
