Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 cups flaked coconut
5 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz white chocolate, chopped
None None Colored cake decorations, such as dragees and pearls,
Preparation

Grease a foil lined 11 x 7 inch baking pan, extending the foil at the long sides to create handles.
Mix the condensed milk, coconut, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Spoon into the prepared pan, pressing into the corners; smooth the surface with a spatula. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water (do not allow the bowl to touch the water).
Lift the dessert out of the pan using the foil handles. Using a 2 1/2 in star cookie cutter, cut out star shapes. Spread the white chocolate on the top of the stars then sprinkle with the cake decorations. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
