Grilled Salmon With Yogurt And Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 None salmon fillets
    2 tsp Cajun or herb seasoning
    3/4 cup yogurt
    2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Sprinkle salmon with seasoning and cook for 3-4 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking.
    Meanwhile, combine yogurt, dill, lemon juice and garlic. Season to taste. Drizzle over salmon and serve with mixed greens.
