Baby Arugula And Parmesan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved into long pieces with a vegetable peeler
    2.5 oz sun-dried tomatoes, drained, halved
    7 oz baby arugula
    1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Season and toss combine. Serve.
