Garlic Chicken With Lemon Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/3 lbs chicken wings, wing tips removed
    2 tbsp lemon and pepper seasoning
    1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil

    2 cups couscous
    2 None chicken bouillon cubes
    3 tbsp butter, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp finely grated lemon peel
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Place chicken in a large bowl. Add seasoning; toss to coat.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 10 mins or until almost cooked through.
    Meanwhile, grease a 3-quart baking dish. Place couscous in dish. Stir in crumbled bouillon cubes, 3 cups boiling water, butter, garlic, and lemon peel and juice. Season to taste. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for 5 mins or until liquid is absorbed.
    Arrange chicken over couscous; cover with foil. Bake for 20 mins. Remove foil. Bake for 5 mins more or until chicken is cooked through.
    Transfer chicken to serving plates. Using a fork, fluff and separate couscous grains. Stir parsley into couscous. Serve with lemon wedges.
