8 oz arugula
14 oz can beet wedges, drained
8 oz roast beef slices
5 oz sundried tomatoes, drained
10 oz buffalo mozzarella, torn
1 oz pecan nuts, toasted
2 oz toasted pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup ready-made aioli
Preparation

On a large platter or individual plates, arrange arugula, beets, beef, tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with pecans and seeds. Drizzle with aioli, season and serve.
