Red Velvet Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    4 tbsp butter
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp white vinegar
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    2 tsp cocoa powder
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1 tsp red food coloring
    2 oz cream cheese, softened
    2 tbsp butter, softened
    2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a 24-cup mini muffin pan with paper liners.
    Cream sugar and butter together until pale and creamy. Beat in egg, vanilla and vinegar. Sift in flour and cocoa powder then fold in until just combined. Gradually beat in buttermilk until smooth then add food coloring. Distribute between paper liners and bake for 10-15 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and butter together until pale and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe onto cooled cakes.
