Curry Fish Skewers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb firm white fish fillets, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp red curry paste
2 None green onions, coarsely chopped
1 oz fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
1 cup sweet chili sauce
None None peanut oil, for deep-frying
Preparation

In a food processor, combine fish, curry paste, green onions and cilantro. Process until combined. Add 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce. Season. Shape into 12 sausages.
Heat oil in large deep saucepan. Deep-fry fish cakes until browned and cooked through.
Skewer each fish cake with a bamboo skewer. Serve with remaining sweet chili sauce.
