Pear And Cinnamon Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    4 None pears, cored and thinly sliced
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    3 tbsp cold butter, chopped
    None None Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 baking pans. Roll out pie crusts on floured surface to 12-inch rounds. Cut the crusts into four 6-inch rounds. Place on prepared pans.
    Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar over each crust. Arrange pear slices in an overlapping circle on each crust. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar and sprinkle over pears. Dot with butter.
    Bake for 10-15 mins, until golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
