Ingredients

1 None strawberry, hulled
1/2 oz hibiscus liqueur
1/2 oz gin
None None champagne or sparkling wine, to top up

Preparation

Place strawberry in the bottom of a Champagne flute. Add hibiscus liqueur and gin. Top up with champagne.
