Mushroom Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None thick slices Italian-style crusty bread (such as ciabatta)
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    250 g mixed mushrooms, halved if large
    10 g thyme sprigs
    2 clove large garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat grill or char-grill. Grill bread on both sides.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on moderately high. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, until soft and golden. Stir in thyme and garlic, and season to taste. Cook for about 2 minutes, until garlic is fragrant.
    Spoon mushroom mixture onto grilled bread and serve immediately.
