Baked Potato Wedges With Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, cut into wedges
    1 tbsp oil
    2 None avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
    1 None tomato, seeded and finely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Toss the potatoes and oil in a baking pan. Bake for 40 mins, until golden and crisp.
    Combine the avocado and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and season. Season the potato wedges and serve with the guacamole for dipping.
