Chorizo In Rioja - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, peeled and cut into thin wedges
    4 tbsp olive oil
    8 oz chorizo sausage, sliced
    2/3 cup Rioja wine
Preparation
    Fry onions in olive oil for 5 minutes until just soft.
    Add chorizo sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden. Add Rioja, bring to a boil and boil rapidly for 3-4 minutes until wine has reduced by half. Season to taste and serve hot.
