Anchovy Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 None anchovy fillets, rinsed, drained
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, peeled, quartered
    3 tsp fresh lemon thyme leaves
Preparation
    Blend or process anchovies, oil, lemon juice, garlic and thyme until smooth.
    Transfer to a small serving bowl and stir in 2 tbsp boiling water. Serve.
