Cilantro Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 x 425ml cans chick peas, drained
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely diced
    1/2 bunch coriander, finely chopped
    4 tbsp hazelnuts
    4 tbsp pine nuts
    1 None lemon, juiced
    4 tbsp hazelnut oil
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 slices toast
    None None Coriander, to garnish
Preparation
    Mix the chick peas, garlic, oil, cumin, 3 tbsp of the hazelnuts and 3 tbsp of the pine nuts in a blender. Add hazelnut oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and puree until creamy. Stir in the chopped cilantro.
    Roughly chop the remaining 1 tbsp of hazelnuts and stir into the hummus with 1 tbsp pine nuts. Drizzle olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with some cilantro leaves.
