Mango Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tsp white vinegar
    1/4 None green cabbage, shredded
    2 None carrots, peeled and grated
    2 None under-ripe mangoes, peeled and grated
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced on diagonal
Preparation
    Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and 2 tbsp water in bowl until well blended.
    Mix the cabbage, carrots, mangoes and green onions in a large bowl. Add the dressing; toss to coat well. Season with salt and white pepper to taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
