Chicken And Grape Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz boneless skinless chicken breast s
    5 oz mixed salad greens
    2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
    1/2 cup crumbled mild blue cheese
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Poach chicken in a saucepan of simmering water on medium heat for 10 mins or until cooked through. Drain; cool. Slice thinly.
    Place chicken, salad greens, grapes, cheese and walnuts in a large bowl.
    Whisk oil, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Season. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. Serve.
