Beef Salad With Radish And Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5.25 oz) sirloin steaks
    1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
    1 stalk lemongrass, white part only, finely chopped
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 bunch radishes, trimmed, quartered
    1 None Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
    4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    2 None hot red chilies, seeded, thinly sliced
    3 tbsp fresh basil leaves
    3 tbsp fresh mint leaves
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1 tbsp peanut oil
Preparation
    Place steaks in a shallow dish. Coat with teriyaki and lemongrass. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Combine fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. Toss with radishes, cucumber, onions, chilies and herbs. Set aside.
    Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry. Lightly coat with oil. Season. Heat a grill pan or frying pan over high heat. Cook steaks for 3 mins per side, until medium-rare. Cut into 1/3 inch slices. Serve with salad.
