Chocolate And Macadamia Nut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4.5 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
    5 1/2 tbsp butter
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 None eggs, whisked
    1/2 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
    None None fresh mint and raspberries, to decorate

Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line a 6 inch square cake pan. Melt 3.5 oz chocolate and butter over a double boiler. Set aside.
    Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Add sugar, vanilla extract, salt, eggs and chocolate mixture. Add nuts and beat until smooth. Fold in remaining chopped chocolate. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 25-30 mins. Invert onto a wire rack, remove parchment paper and let cool. Cut into squares and serve decorated with raspberries and mint.
