Oven Baked Chicken With Roasted Fingerlings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb fingerling potatoes, quartered lengthwise
    1 tbsp olive oil
    12 None chicken drumsticks
    3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 tsp sweet paprika
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
    2 None large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F.
    Toss potatoes with oil in a large shallow baking dish. Season. Roast for 50 mins, or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
    Meanwhile, coat drumsticks in flour, shaking off excess. Combine spices, oregano and breadcrumbs. Dip drumsticks in egg then coat in seasoned breadcrumbs. Place in a large oiled shallow baking dish. Roast for 30 mins, or until cooked through.
