Chocolate Mousse Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz plain chocolate cake, halved horizontally
    2 x 2 oz pots chocolate mousse
    7 oz chocolate buttercream icing
    2 oz white chocolate, shaved into curls
    None None chocolate ice-cream, to serve
Preparation
    Place the bottom layer of cake on a serving plate. Spread with mousse, then sandwich with remaining cake.
    Spread buttercream over top and sides of cake. Sprinkle white chocolate curls over the top. Serve with ice cream.
