Chocolate Martini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Store-bought chocolate sauce
    3 tbsp vodka
    3 tbsp creme de cacao
    1 cup ice cubes
    1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Baileys Irish cream
    2 tsp raspberry liqueur
Preparation
    Pipe a 4 1/2-inch circle of chocolate sauce onto a flat plate. Quickly twist the rim of a 2/3-cup cocktail glass in the chocolate. Place the glass upright in the freezer to set.
    Meanwhile, combine the vodka, creme de cacao and 1/2 cup of the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into the glass.
    Combine the remaining 1/2 cup ice cubes, Baileys and raspberry liqueur in the shaker. Shake vigorously, then pour carefully over the back of a spoon into the glass so the mixture floats on top. Do not stir. Garnish with small chocolate slivers and a fresh raspberry, if desired.
