Creamy Chicken Pasta With Bacon, Peas And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    6 oz bacon, chopped
    1 None onion, peeled and chopped
    4.5 oz frozen peas
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    1/2 None small rotisserie chicken, shredded
    3.5 oz baby spinach
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, finely grated
    13 oz fusilli or other pasta
Preparation
    Heat oil over high heat, add bacon and onion and cook for 4-5 mins or until onion is tender. Add peas, cream and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 mins, or until reduced and slightly thickened. Season. Add chicken, spinach and Parmesan.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain then toss with sauce and serve.
