Roasted Squash And Feta Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb winter squash, roughly chopped
    2 tsp caraway seeds
    1/3 cup olive oil
    13.5 oz linguine
    1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
    2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F.
    Place squash, caraway seeds and 2 tbsp oil in a large, shallow roasting pan and toss to combine. Roast for 20 mins, or until squash is tender.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente then drain.
    Transfer pasta and squash mixture to a large serving bowl. Add pine nuts, parsley and cheese. Drizzle with lemon juice, garlic, vinegar and remaining oil. Toss gently to combine.
