Clear Mushroom And Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    300 g mushrooms, halved
    300 g frozen peas
    1 litre vegetable stock
    1/2 bunch chives, chopped
    1/2 bunch chervil, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a pan and lightly saute the mushrooms. Add the peas then pour in the stock, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper and serve with a garnish of chopped chives and chervil or parsley.
