Roasted Potato Fans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    1 tbsp minced fresh thyme leaves
    6 None medium potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Combine butter, salt and thyme.
    Place each potato in the well of a wooden spoon. Cut thin slits partially through the potato, but remaining attached. Place on a greased baking sheet. With fingers, slightly separate slices and brush with butter mixture. Bake for 1 hour, or until tender.
