Chocolate Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup butter, chopped
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    3.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    1/3 cup milk
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    1/3 cup sour cream
    None None FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
    1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
    2 1/2 tbsp butter, at room temperature
    1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
    2 tbsp milk, at room temperature
    2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
    2 tbsp unsalted peanuts, toasted, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
    Combine butter, sugar and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Add milk then set aside to cool for 10 mins. Add eggs and flour. Mix in sour cream then transfer to prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    To make the peanut butter frosting, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and milk and mix until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts. Serve.
