Tomato, Bean And Cheese Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, crusts removed
    2 tbsp butter, at room temperature
    3 None eggs
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
    1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1 cup canned baked beans
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into 12 slices
    None None Mixed green salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with no stick cooking spray.
    Flatten bread slices slightly with a rolling pin. Spread bread with butter. Line prepared muffin cups with bread, butter-side down. Bake for 10 mins or until golden brown.
    Whisk eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Add oregano and cheese. Spoon beans into bread cups. Pour egg mixture over beans. Top each cup with a slice of tomato. Bake for 15-20 mins or until set. Serve with salad.
