Spaghetti With Parsley Pesto And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz spaghetti
    1/2 lb broccoli, cut into florets
    3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp olive oil
    5 tsp vegetable stock
    2-3 None walnut halves
    1/4 head radicchio, finely sliced
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water for 6-7 mins, add broccoli and cook for 4-5 mins until pasta is tender.
    Meanwhile, place parsley, oil, stock and walnuts in a food processor and pulse to make a pesto. Season.
    Drain pasta and broccoli then toss with pesto and radicchio.
